Poppy $600

Original Oil on Canvas . 41cm x 51cm . 16” x 20”

The crinkly petals of the poppy are delicate and beautiful. The background in this painting is a subdued purple hue, but unfortunately this photograph, taken on my iPhone, fails to show the beautifully balanced colours of the painting; one has to view it in person to appreciate its subtlety and radiance.
